                We will learn to say goodbye. Here are what we will do. Read the vocabulary of leave-taking! and play the roles of the speakers in the dialogue!

TO TAKE LEAVE  (BERPAMITAN 

1.      Good bye                          : Selamat tinggal [respon; you too ]

2.      Take care                          : Jaga diri

3.      See you /  See you later   : Sampai Jumpa / sampai jumpa nanti [respon; take care]

4.      Have a nice dream          : Semoga mimpi indah

5.      See you tomorrow           : Sampai ketemu besok

6.      See you this afternoon     : Sampai jumpa siang ini

7.      See you on Sunday           : Sampai jumpa hari minggu

8.      See you next Monday      : Sampai Jumpa hari senin depan

9.      See you soon                    : Sampai ketemu lagi

10.  Wish us luck                     : Doakan kami beruntung

11.  Good luck                         : Semoga berhasil

12.  Get well soon                   : Cepat sembuh

13.  Nice to see you                : Senang bertemu anda

14.  Nice to meet you              : senng bertemu anda 


Short Dialogue 2


Salih         : Please, get on the train now! (Silhkan kamu naik "masuk" kereta api sekarang!)
Ali            : I must be off now. (saya harus berangkat sekarang ini).
Salih         : ok, Don't forget to text me when you arrive in Jakarta. (jangan lupa sms ya setiba nya di jakarta!)
Ali            : Sure. See you next two months. (tentu. sampai jumpa dua bulan yang akan datang)
Salih         : see you again. bye.. (sampai jumpa lagi. selamat tinggal)
Ali            : bye.. (selamat tinggal)
