INTERROGATIVE SENTENCE (KALIMAT TANYA)

Kalimat interrogative adalah kalimat pertanyaan yang digunakan untuk meminta informasi kepada orang yang diajak bicara.

1. Yes/ no Questions

Contoh :

ü Do Beni and Doni play football in the schoolyard every evening?

[apakah Beni dan Doni bermain sepak bola di lapangan setian sore hari?]

ü Do They study English every Monday?

[apakah mereka belajar bahasa inggris setiap hari senin?]

ü Are Beni and Doni foot ball player? [apakah Beni dan Doni pemain sepak bola?]

ü Are They English teachers? [apakah mereka guru bahasa inggris?]

2. Wh – Questions

(What, when, why, where, who, and how )

(Apa, kapan, mengapa, dimana, siapa, dan bagaimana)

Contoh :

[apa yang Beni dan Doni mainkan di lapangan sekolah setiap sore hari?]

ü When do They study English? [kapan mereka belajar bahasa inggris?]
