GREETING

We will learn to greet our teachers, friends, and others when we meet them in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening. Here are what we will do. Read the greetings many times! and Play the Roles of the speakers in the dialogue 1!

1. Hi / Hello : Hi / Hello

2. Good morning : Selamat pagi

3. Good Afternoon : Selamat siang

4. Good Evening : Selamat Sore

5. How are you? : Apa kabar?

6. I’m fine! / I’m Great /

I’m good : Saya Baik

7. How are your feeling? : bagaimana perasaan mu?

8. I’m not feeling well : saya merasa kurang baik

Short dialogue 1

Shakila : Hi.. (Hi)

Maryam : Hello.. (Hello)

Shakila : How's life? (Bagaimana keadaanmu?)

Maryam : Not so bad, and you? (Biasa-biasa saja, dan kamu?)

Shakila : Great. thanks. what a surprise to see you here! (Baik. makasih. sungguh mengharukan ketemu disini!)

Maryam : We must keep in touch. How's your family? (Kita harus saling berhubungan. Gimana kabar keluargamu?)

Shakila : My family is fine. Hope your family is fine too. (Keluargaku baik. Semoga keluargamu juga baik-baik saja)

Maryam : yeah.. They are fine. Alhamdulillah.. (ya.. alhamdulillah mereka baik.)
